National Children’s Orchestra

On 31 August 2003 Tom appeared with the NCO at the Birmingham Symphony Hall. He was with two other horn players in the Under 12 Orchestra who performed -

Butterworth’s Banks of Green Willow, and

the Prelude and Mazurka from Delibes’ Coppelia

The evening was marvellous. Tom played with a steady nerve, with skill and to great effect. We were all proud to be with him.
