Matters Arising None Treasurers Report There was a balance of £626 after our social investment(!) last month. Share Monitors' Reports Members were given a copy of our portfolio and the Stop Loss sheet as at the date of the meeting. They were also brought up to date on recent news for our current holdings. Carbo had risen to a high of 7.25p since the last meeting but had now dropped back to 5.25p. In light of the statement issued by the company on 29 Jan 02 it was agreed that we would sell this holding unless David Pankhurst could find any grounds for continuing to hold until the next meeting. it was agreed to continue all our other holdings for another month. Future Investments A number of shares were put forward for consideration and it was agreed that the proposers would put forward a more detailed case using the Proshare Investors Toolkit Share Appraisal Form, copies of which were distributed. See AOB below.
